I was going to dive deeper into rimlighting this evening, but after picking these up from Walgreens last night, I figured I'd better shoot em while they're relatively new. Things get beat up here real quick with a 16 month old:)
Myrt freaked out roaring as I handed them to her this morning, she started giving them kisses and making them kiss each other. Too funny.
Relatively straight forward 4 light setup, if you've been following the blog, I'm sure you've seen me use this quite a bit. The one thing new here is the camera. Not new to me, the D600 was purchased right before deploying to Afghanistan in 2012. An amazing camera, and since it was still mounted with the 70-200 VRII combo from yesterday's shoot, I thought what the heck and brought it over for tonights.
Didn't go too crazy with recovering the shadows with these toys, a quick brush over in LR would have done the job, but I think it works as a 5x1 series in the header image.
